Locate the sales account

Within the configuration panel, it’s critical that you correctly identify the sales account special database  you want to delete to avoid errors or deleting the wrong account.

To get started, go to Meta Business Suite. Then, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click Pages on the Accounts tab.
  3. Click on the page you want to remove from your business portfolio.
  4. Click Delete.

3. Review the role assignment

Only account administrators have the necessary permission to perform this action.  why create online forms? So, before attempting to delete a sales account, make sure you have the appropriate role.

Within the business settings, select the People option. Find your name in the list and verify that you have the Administrator role assigned. If not, ask an administrator to perform the process for you or assign you the necessary permissions.

Sales accounts are linked to product catalogs, so before deleting them, you must unlink the necessary catalogs.

In the Catalog Accounts section, select the catalog linked to the sales account. Then, click Catalog Settings  christmas island businesses directory and choose the option to Remove from business or unlink it from the sales account.

If you have a product catalog from a store that’s inactive, this step ensures that no unnecessary information remains.

Access the Catalog Accounts section within Business Manager. Then check if any products are marked as active and confirm that there are no pending payments or shipments to be made.

If you manage a physical product catalog and have orders in progress, be sure to complete them or transfer them to another active account before proceeding.
